Bill Hennessy brings nearly 30 years of experience in software systems engineering, including 19 years in incentive and loyalty marketing, to our Solution Engineering practice. He has designed and implemented numerous loyalty programs for Fortune 100 companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecommunications, and manufacturing.
Sheri manages the Client Success team using over 20 years’ experience to ensure Maritz delivers operational excellence and client value to Canon, staying current to market trends, competitive analysis, and market development to achieve business goals. As a member of the Maritz Master Design team, her DNA is built around design that never ends.
As program Client Success manager, Miranda provides strategic insights based on performance and market data trends and serves as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams. Miranda brings experience leading accounts, establishing goals with clients and tracking towards identified milestones. Having a passion for Channel Partner Engagement, Miranda plays an instrumental role delivering successful outcomes throughout the program journey.
Throughout her 20-year career with Maritz, Colleen has developed expertise in managing corporate meetings and incentives while supporting a variety of clients. Her experience in Production Management helped her transition smoothly to Program Manager, Senior Program Manager and Operations Manager with Maritz. As Operations Manager, she is a strong mentor to direct reports in event management and onsite operations.
Olivia offers deep and varied experience at Maritz, having worked in positions including Travel Consultant, Travel Director, and now Meeting Event Manager. That Vertical experience allows Olivia to leverage incredible attention to detail in delivering client travel programs. Since becoming a Meeting and Event Manager she has helped plan once in a lifetime incentive trips and major business meetings.

Tony Melson leads the Decision Science team in providing analytical support to accounts in the form of dashboards and reporting, predictive modelling, and experimental design. Tony has more than 5 years of experience applying machine learning and experimental design techniques to improve business outcomes in the B2B and B2C spaces.
Over the past 5 years at Maritz, Alex Eckerle's focus has been on optimizing Channel and Partner programs. Alex’s role is centered around the strategic direction, development and roadmap of Maritz’s Channel and Partner solutions, including the continual evolution of our Engagement Platform.
Alex is responsible for the implementation and ongoing success of the platform including data management protocols and operational readiness, focusing on configuration and integrations with other technologies such as SSO, web services, etc. He will collaborate with your Client Success Manager and internal support teams, as well as train your long-term program support team.
